This Privacy Policy explains how Strat101 collects, uses and protects personal information across strat101.com and the product services StratFi, StratOS, GlobalPublish and CiFort. Individual products may provide additional privacy details at signup.
CiFort is designed as a zero-knowledge system: vault contents are encrypted on your device with keys derived from your master password, and the encrypted vault is stored in your own cloud storage (Google Drive or iCloud). We do not receive, store, or have any ability to decrypt your vault or master password. Where you use Bring Your Own AI, your prompts are sent to your chosen AI provider under your own keys and agreement — not routed through our accounts.
We use personal information to provide and secure the Services, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and improve product functionality. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your private content to train AI models.
Each organization's data is held in an isolated tenant with role-based access controls, row-level security and audit trails. Connected API keys (for AI providers or social platforms) are stored encrypted and are never exposed to the browser. We use encryption in transit for all Services.
We share data only with processors necessary to run the Services (such as hosting, payment and email providers), under contracts limiting their use of your data. When you connect third-party platforms (for example, social networks in GlobalPublish), we access those platforms only as authorized by you, and you may revoke access at any time.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us; account deletion removes your content from active systems within 30 days, with backups expiring on a rolling schedule.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
strat101.com uses only essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage. Product applications use cookies necessary for authentication and session management.
