These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites and services operated under the Strat101 name, including strat101.com and the product services StratFi (stratfi.strat101.com), StratOS (stratos.strat101.com), GlobalPublish (gpub.strat101.com) and CiFort (cifort.strat101.com) (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. Individual products may present supplementary terms at signup; those terms apply in addition to these.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
Free plans are provided as described on each product's site and may be subject to usage limits. Pro trials grant temporary access to paid features without charge and without requiring a credit card; at the end of a trial you may subscribe to a paid plan or continue on an available free tier. Paid subscriptions renew per the billing cycle you select, and plan changes apply from your next billing cycle. No work is locked or deleted upon downgrade, though features and limits may change.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: attempting unauthorized access to systems or other tenants' data; using the Services to send spam or unlawful content; reverse-engineering the Services except where permitted by law; or reselling the Services without authorization. Content you publish through GlobalPublish to third-party platforms must also comply with those platforms' terms.
You retain all rights to content and data you submit to the Services. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Services. Where you connect your own AI provider keys ("Bring Your Own AI"), your prompts and outputs are processed under your agreement with that provider. CiFort vaults are encrypted on your device and stored in your own cloud storage; we have no ability to access their contents.
The Services, including their software, design and branding, are owned by Strat101 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets.
We strive for high availability but the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. AI-generated content is provided for assistance and should be reviewed before reliance; strategic, legal and financial decisions remain your responsibility.
You may stop using the Services or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms after notice where practicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date, and where appropriate by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
